RO: Display Field

In response to overwhelming customer requests, we added a way for you to add a repair order number to each of your ServiceSheets. The box where you can enter the repair order number is on the page that shows you the upgrades and options:

It says “RO:” by default, but you can change that text to read “Work Order:”, “Repair Order:”, “Service Ticket:” or pretty much whatever you want. By default, you can enter up to 20 letters or numbers in that repair order field, but that too can be changed. Changing either of those two things requires the manager password for your dealership.

Add a Custom Task

Not happy with adding a note to the technician that appears on the top of your ServiceSheet? How about scrolling all the way down to the bottom of the upgrades and optional services page? See that line down there that says “Custom Task – check box to enter text —>“?

Check that box and you’ll get the ability to add a task to the ServiceSheet before it’s printed.

It will appear in the “Extras” section on the ServiceSheet, and it will already have an action of “Perform.”
