Have you noticed the time and date printed on the top of the ServiceSheets you generate? It’s in the upper right hand corner above the VIN.

Prior to today, we were using the time from our server, which happens to be at a datacenter in the Eastern time zone (GMT -0500). Effective today, you can set your offset from the Eastern time zone. If you’re in Chicago, you would enter -1 in the admin screen under “Time Offset”. See below:

In most cases, we’ve already set this for you when setting up your account, but it’s possible it’s wrong. Maybe you’re in Hawaii, Arizona or a part of Indiana and the time is off by an hour due to daylight savings time. Of course other countries vary in their observance of daylight savings time too. In any case, if it’s wrong, it’s easy to adjust. You can do it with the manager password, or you can give us a call or send us an email, and we’ll correct it for you.
