Leave a Note for a Tech

We’ve added the ability to add notes for the technician to any ServiceSheet. Have you seen this little box right here?

That’s where you would type your comment to the technician. The size of the box can be set by your Service Manager (or we can do it for you) and you can even turn it off completely if you never use it, it gets in the way, or you just don’t like the idea. It’s good for telling technicians things that don’t fit anywhere else, like “use a black oil filter” or “OK to replace brake pads as necessary.”

Here’s what the notes will look like on the ServiceSheet once you’ve typed them in (example added 1/21/2006.)

We hope you find it useful.

Add your own Parts and Labor Prices

We have the framework now to add parts and labor prices for all the available upgrades and optional services. The pricing we’ve already entered is based on local dealer feedback, and these specific prices might not make sense for your dealership. The nice thing is, we can change any or all of the prices on a dealer by dealer basis.

Maybe you don’t sell OEM tires at $99 or your dyno baseline run is $30 not $45. We can change any one of the prices you see in the system to suit your situation. Just give us a call.

Your Info Now on Every ServiceSheet

It was only a matter of time. You can now have your dealership logo and name, including contact information, on every ServiceSheet you print. By default, we print our wrench logo

but if you submit one of your logos to us, we’ll add it to your account so it prints on all your sheets. Please supply the logo in PNG or JPG format if possible. If you don’t have one of those formats, just send us whatever you’ve got via email to artwork@servicesheet.com and we’ll do the rest.

Special 2500 Mile Services

As you know, Harley-Davidson discontinued the 2500 maintenance interval in 2004. However, some people like to take better care of their motorcycle, and prefer to continue performing the earlier 2500 mile maintenance. Here are the 2500 mile service events we have created. Keep in mind you can create as many custom services as you like. These are just the defaults that are included with the system.

2500 Mile Service Plus Oil & Filter
This applies to 2003 and earlier motorcycles, and is a factory 2500 mile maintenance, with the addition of an oil and filter change, with associated oil upgrade options

2500 Mile Service Plus All Fluids
This also applies to 2003 and earlier motorcycles. Hopefully, the name is self-explanatory.

2,500+ Oil and Filter
This is essentially the same as “2500 Mile Service Plus Oil & Filter”, except it was done with a little magic. Since there are no 2500 maintenances for 2004 and later, we took an earlier 2500 maintenance for a similar bike and added an oil and filter change to it.

2500+ All Fluids
This is the same as the “2,500+ Oil and Filter” service, with the addition of transmission, sport trans or primary fluid, as applicable, and the associated oil upgrade options.

These four services, while based on factory recommendations, are not factory services and can be used to go above and beyond the normal maintenance recommendations for your motorcycle.

Please note: all these services will be found in the “Non-Distance” tab of the selection screen.
